What we collect
When you use the contact form we store what you type: your name, email address and message, the topic, and — only if you fill them in — your community or company, country and number of homes. We also record the language of the page you used.
Abuse-prevention metadata
To keep the form usable and protect it from automated abuse, we keep your IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent) only as keyed one-way hashes, never in readable form. Short-lived counters per network and per email address limit how many messages can be sent; they expire within 24 hours.
How we use it
Only to read and answer your message and to keep the form free of abuse. We do not send newsletters, sell or share your details, or add you to any marketing list.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The contact page sets a single security cookie that protects the form against forged submissions; it expires after two hours. When you choose a language, a preference cookie remembers it for one year.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are deleted automatically no later than 12 months after we receive them. Messages marked as spam or archived are deleted after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the message you sent. Write to us through the contact form using the same email address and we will handle your request. Depending on where you live, data-protection law may give you further rights, such as the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
How this website is delivered
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, a content-delivery and security network that processes your IP address to serve pages and block attacks. This notice covers this website and its contact form only. Like most websites, our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address, for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.
