Gatematix is an access control platform for gated communities. Residents create passes for their visitors, guards validate them at the gate, and residents are alerted the moment someone enters. It also tracks neighborhood fees and rent.

No. The Guard app runs on an ordinary phone or tablet at the booth. Several guards can share the same device: each shift simply logs in.

The resident creates a delivery or courier pass. When the guard records the entry, the resident immediately gets an alert saying who arrived and through which gate.

Yes. Gatematix is built for any country: each neighborhood has its own currency, time zone, default language and international phone format.

English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. Every resident and guard can use the app in their own language.

Not at the moment. Gatematix tracks fees and rent, sends reminders and produces reports, while payments are made the way your community already pays — bank transfer, cash or a local method. Payers upload their proof and the administrator or landlord confirms it.

Yes. Renters are full residents: they create passes, receive alerts and see their charges. Landlords who live elsewhere manage their leases, rent and statements without access to the gate.

Each community has its own isolated database, every request is checked by a private gateway, and passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Read more on our security page.

Passes only work inside their time window and can be limited to a number of uses. The resident can revoke a pass at any time, and every use is recorded in the log.
